A Letter To My Reader
Dear Reader,
For years I have pondered what I might say to a person about the things I have experienced in my life. I am a “nobody” to the world, and yet I have lived a pretty long life and have experienced a lot of things that are normal to most people and at least are pertinent to others who may not go through quite the same things.
During those experiences I have managed to survive, and through some I have even thrived.
I also know that you, my reader, have experienced things and survived and even thrived through them. It would be wonderful to be able to sit in a coffee shop and have a talk with you. We could share stories and enjoy getting to know each other, and even learn things from one another that we could put to use in our own lives. But since we are separated by distance and time, this is impossible. So I have decided to put down some thoughts from this mother to you, my reader, with the hope that you might share back things that you have learned. In this way we can each be enriched.
What Would Mother Say is a catch-all place of subjects that interest me, and I plan to write blog posts and short stories that address those subjects. I am interested in Motherhood and Children from in utero through adulthood, in Marriage, in Home, in Health, in Faith, in Work, in Travel, in Technology, and in our World. If something I say interests you, I hope you will write your thoughts in the comment section of the blog. I would totally enjoy getting to know you.
Sincerely and Hopefully Yours,
Norris
